{"id":1162,"date":"2018-09-12T06:43:31","date_gmt":"2018-09-12T03:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thefibro-lupusbutterfly.com\/?p=1162"},"modified":"2018-09-12T06:47:56","modified_gmt":"2018-09-12T03:17:56","slug":"fibromyalgia-makes-every-day-difficult","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thefibro-lupusbutterfly.com\/?p=1162","title":{"rendered":"Fibromyalgia Makes Every Day Difficult"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>I have felt the physical effects of the past week which offered nothing but continuous rain from remnants of a tropical storm.<\/h3>\n<p>I chose to be as productive as possible despite how the rains make my Fibromyalgia body feel. I spent one day making several meals for the week and resting, I spent a day working on school projects and resting, I spent another day traveling three hours round-trip to visit my grandson (with no resting), and then two days recuperating from the drive and visit&#8230;and probably the preceding days.<\/p>\n<p>The rain brought a cold front through, dropping temps to a pleasant degree, yet making mornings more stiff and painful and difficult to maneuver (but somehow makes coffee taste better).<\/p>\n<p>Today was the worst of the week (I hope) keeping me in a restful state all day and taking it easy. <em>Sometimes you just have to give in and rest.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>When you have Fibromyalgia, every day is always different. You NEVER know what body part is going to hurt that day.<\/h3>\n<p>Or which body<em> parts.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Some days the pain moves from point A to point B and off to point G.<\/p>\n<p>Some days you feel like you have bruises all over your entire body&#8230;and then it stops.<\/p>\n<p>Some days it hurts just to brush your hair.<\/p>\n<p>Some days it is painful to walk&#8230;or more painful than usual. I have tried taping up my arches when the foot pain is a bother. (Actually, I try to do it daily just to bring me some type of relief because by nightfall when I settle into bed and the tapes are off, the pain can be intense. Before I taped my arches it was <em>much worse<\/em>!)<\/p>\n<h3>By Golly, that pain just crawls out of somewhere and makes you bite you lip!<\/h3>\n<p>What pains will tomorrow bring?<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know.<\/p>\n<p>Will I wake up and not be able to get up? Will I feel like I have to crawl back into bed to rest?
